January 6th 2019 (The Marxism Theory Research),
The Editorial Department together with Jiangsu University co-hosted the First National Universities Special forum for young and middle-aged Marxism scholars “the theory and practice of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era.’’ The Seminar was held at Jiangsu University. The attendants were from Renmin University of China, ZhongShan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, HuaDong Shifan University, Jilin University, Tongji University, and Yangzhou University. More than 100 experts and scholars from nearly 70 local universities, scientific research and institutions and more than 10 academic journals participated in the Seminar. The seminar was presided by Professor Dong Defu, the Dean of Marxism College of our University.
Professor Li Hongbo, the Deputy Secretary of the party committee also attended the seminar and gave the welcoming remarks .The Editorial Director, Jiang Xudong , delivered a speech on “the Marxism Theory Research”. During the seminar Professor Chen XiXi of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Professor Zhong Minghua of Zhongshan University, Professor Zhang YunFei from Renmin University of China and Professor Zhou JiangChao from Taizhou University all gave a keynote speech.
Finally, Liu Yong, a researcher at Yangzhou University gave a summary of the seminar on the theory and practice of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese Characteristics in the new era.
