On November 26, the School of Marxism organized a Young Teachers’ Growth Salon to support the development of young teachers and to enhance their teaching and research capabilities. The salon was attended by all school leaders and young teachers, and was presided over by Li Li, dean of the school.

The salon serves as a key platform for the school’s youth-related initiatives. It provided a comprehensive understanding of the current development status of young teachers, offered overall guidance for their growth, and clarified the direction and priorities of the school’s youth-focused work.
