Hui-qing zhang teacher also joined the university of Birmingham "team China" and "Asia research team" the government and the academy of social sciences, many times to participate in team activities, and team members to carry out the depth of academic exchanges, to understand China and Asia to the western eye. Teacher zhang also took part in the school organization of the three international academic conferences, and a large number of academic lectures, widen the theory field of vision, and use a variety of activities and more than from Russia, South Korea, Iceland, Pakistan''s visiting scholar in academic, cross-cultural communication is discussed in this paper.
