On the afternoon of April 12, the School of Marxism held the second lecture for the applicants for Party membership training course in the conference room 1701, Sanjiang Building. Dr. Wei Xiaoqiang, associate professor at the School of Law, Jiangsu University, gave a lecture entitled “The ‘Law’ and ‘Governance’ of law-based governance in all fields”. Xu Wei, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Marxism, hosted the lecture.

Law is the basis for governing the country and the strategy for securing the state.Young people are the future of national development and the important force for promoting law-based governance in all fields. This training course for applicants for Party membership improved the participants’ awareness of the rule of law.
