To celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, the Party Committee of Marxism School organized teachers and students to watch the premiere of the movie My Motherland and Me on September 30th, which had more than 70 participants including representative of the faculty and student cadres of the Marxism School.
It composed of seven short stories, “The Eve”, “Passing By”, “The Champion”, “Going Home”, “Hello Beijing”, “The Guiding Star” and “One for All”. The movie draws on the historic and classic moments experienced by the motherland during the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China, telling the moving story that ordinary people and the country are closely related and inseparable. Every austere, real and ordinary person has strong feelings towards the nation and the country, and behind the proud achievements of the country is the craftsmanship of the Chinese people and the hard work of rejuvenating the country.
As one of the series of activities organized by the Marxism School to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the founding of New China, with full enthusiasm, teachers and students appreciated the demeanor of the powerful country and grasped the strength of China in the visual and spiritual shock brought about by “spectacular and magnificent majesty, true feelings of nation and country” from the movie. After watching the movie, teachers and students unanimously said that they would further work hard, be pragmatic and progressive, remain determined, remember their mission, strive for extraordinary achievements in the ordinary, and contribute to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at an early date.
